Whitney Hileman and the Tar Heels are set to race on Sunday. Tar Heels To Open Fall Racing
The North Carolina rowing team will open its 2008-09 season Sunday, racing at the Occoquan Chase in Occoquan, Va. Representing the Tar Heels will be three eights and four fours. "Carolina Rowing is excited about competing in its first race of the season this weekend at the Occoquan Chase," UNC coach Sarah Haney said. "We have shown tremendous progress throughout the fall season so far and we are ready to see what our speed is in relationship to our competitors."
