2006-7- Huge breakthrough in the outdoor steeplechase, breaking 11 minutes several times, winning the Harvard/Yale meet, qualifying for NCAA regionals and running the third fastest steeplechase in school history with a 10:45.

2005-6-Ran in the top 7 for cross country, solid improvement in the steeplechase ending the season with a personal best of 11:10.

2004-5- Yale's second finisher in the New England sub-varsity cross country race , Showed good potential as a steeplechase runner.

High School- Cross Country 2 time All-State, All-New England, indoor track school record holder in 1600 and 4x800, 2 time All-State, member of 4x800 state championship team, outdoor track school record holder in the 1600 and 2000 Steeplechase.
