Ruck returned to the team for her senior year after taking the 2004 season off. She appeared in 10 games off the bench and her only point was an assist against Sacred Heart. In 2003 she was limited to four games because of injury and in 2002 appeared in 11 games. Her one goal in 2002 came in Yale's victory over Holy Cross. As a freshman in 2001, she was one of only two rookies to appear in all 17 games. Her first career goal was Yale's only goal in a 2-1 road loss to Army. At Menlo-Atherton High School, Ruck was named first team all-league and was league MVP her senior season.
