With 53 points, the Elis finished fifth at the Adidas Boston Indoor games, hosted by Northeastern University. Shomari Taylor won the long jump with a distance of 6.94 meters, while Robert deLaski finished second in the 500-meter dash.
Shomari's distance edged out Albany's Paul Roche, who posted a 6.92. Meanwhile, in other field events Eoghan O'Dwyer earned a fourth place finish in the weight throw with a weight of 15.61 meters, while John Langhauser finished fourth in the shot put.
Robert deLaski came in second in the 500 meter dash, posting a 1:03.32 to fall to Georgetown's James Graham, who ran a 1:02.99.
Andrew Pitts ran to a fourth place finish in the mile, coming in with a time of 4:19.08. In the 55-meter dash, Russ Kempf's time of 6.60 was good for fourth place overall.
The host Northeastern won the event with a score of 117.33, while Albany and Southern Connecticut rounded out the top three.
