CINCINNATI--- Xavier men’s soccer coach Jack Hermans has been honored as the Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association Division I Coach of the Year.

Hermans earned the honor after Xavier went 10-7-2 this fall, posting the program’s best record since 1998. The Musketeers finished seventh in the Atlantic 10 with a 5-4-2 record in league play.

This past fall was Hermans’12th season as Xavier’s head coach. In his tenure at Xavier the Musketeers have gone 93-127-17.

In 1992, Hermans was the Midwestern Collegiate Conference Coach of the Year as he led the Musketeers to the MCC Championship.
