XU Women Break Four Records in Finals
BUFFALO, N.Y.---On Friday evening the Musketeers concluded day two of the Atlantic 10 Swimming and Diving Championships as the women set four new school records. Following this evening's events, the men currently sit in seventh place as UMass leads it and the women are in eighth place as Richmond leads the way for the women. The Xavier women continued to improve as they broke three school records. The 200 Medley Relay team of Angie Hinrichs (Cincinnati/McAuley), Danielle Miller (Middletown, Ohio/Lakota East), Janet Heil (Fort Mitchell, Ky./Notre Dame Academy), and Molly Moeller (Fort Wayne, Ind./Homestead) broke the record they set in the preliminaries with a time of 1:49.60 as they finished fifth. Washington, Ky./St. Xavier) finished fifth (4:05.62), sophomore John Janszen (Cincinnati/St. Xavier) finished eighth (4:11.82), and sophomore Jeremy Clark (Marion, Ohio/Marion Harding) finished in the number thirteen slot.
