UWM Cross Country: Is the best returning runner…was the second runner on the squad last season…has consistently been a top runner all four years at UWM, steadily lowering his times each year…only once has Pat not recorded a time for UWM in a scheduled meet in his career thus far…was the 12th best runner in the MCC in 2000…will be looked to for leadership and key to the success of the team in 2001. UWM Track: Runs at various longer distances, but is strongest in the 3000…ran an 8:58.84 in the 3000 at the Drake Relays…put up his best 5000 time at the Washington Invite, running a 15:19.00 race…brought his 10K time down a full minute from cross season with a 32:16 run at the Purdue Invitational. West Allis Central: Lettered three times each in cross country and track...was twice a member of the all-Greater Metro Conference Team in both cross and track...earned academic all-state athlete recognition as a senior. Personal: Son of Pat Sr. and Karen...majoring in Business...lists meeting Hank Aaron and seeing Tiger Woods' amateur championship among his most memorable sports experiences...has two sisters, Sara (Wisconsin) and Kris (Marquette) involved in collegiate athletics as well.
