Men's Soccer Awaits UIC Sunday for Horizon League Title

GREEN BAY, Wis. -
For the second straight year, the Green Bay men's soccer team will play for a chance to compete for an NCAA tournament berth Sunday when the Phoenix takes on UIC at 1:30 p.m. at the Loyola Soccer Park in the championship game of the Horizon League Championship.

Adam Stikl (Milwaukee, Wis.) finished with four saves in the team's 12th shutout of the year. David Prochazka (Gothenburg, Sweden), Rosenberg, Glenn Herzog (Milwaukee, Wis.) and Ray Hibbler (Janesville, Wis.) aided in the defensive effort.
For the second straight year, Green Bay reached the 10-win plateau, marking the 17th time in the program's 39-season history the team has reached the statistical milestone. Along with the team's record-setting 12 shutouts this year, the team is also on track to finish in the top five in team history in goals-against average.
