WEST CHICAGO, Ill. - The UW-Green Bay golf team concluded its first tournament of the 2006 fall season Tuesday with a 13th place finish at the John Dallio Memorial at Prairie Landing Golf Club, hosted by DePaul.

Travis Meyer rallied from an opening round 81 with rounds of one-over 73 late Monday and a two-under 70 Tuesday to finish in a tie for 26th place. Eric Mabee led the Phoenix with a 223, aided by a even-par effort during Monday's second round.

Northern Iowa combined to shoot a 284 on Tuesday to take a 13-stroke victory over South Dakota State for the team title, finishing just two shots over par. DePaul's Matthew McMahon carded a six-under 210 and won the first playoff hole to take medalist honors.
