WOMEN’S GOLF - Katherine Hull, Pepperdine
Last month, junior Katherine Hull shot a NCAA and school-record 64 to lead Pepperdine to a 25-shot victory in the Pioneer Electronic Bruin Classic at Menifee Lakes Country Club in Menifee, California. Hull, who earned individual medallist honors with a nine-under par score of 207, established Pepperdine school records for low 18 (64) and low 54 hole scores (207). Hull eclipsed the previous low 54 score of 208 shot by Tamie Durdin at the 1999 Edean Ihlanfeldt at Sahalee Country Club. Hull also tied for fourth place with a one-over par 217 to help lead Pepperdine to a second place finish San Jose State Invitational.

Men’s GOLF -Matt Klenz, Santa Clara
Freshman Matt Klenz finished the month of March with a scoring average of 74.8, and finishes of 1st, 24th and 54th in the Broncos three March tournaments. His Medalist Finish came last week at the UC Anteater Invitational where he won a six-man playoff on the first hole to take home the tournament crown. His three-round total of 218 was made possible by a second round score of 3-under par, 69 at the SCPGA Champions Course in Calimesa, Calif. He helped the Broncos to a fourth place finish at the Anteater Invite, where 14 teams played for the championship.
