2007 PRESEASON ALL-SOUTHERN CONFERENCE (2nd Team Defensive Tackle)

Notes: Gained a fifth year of eligibility as per NCAA rules by remaining on pace towards graduation ... Ranks seventh in tackles among the returning defensive players ... He, along with two classmates, wrote a story "On the Front Lines" for a creative writing class, which was later made into a play that ran on Western's campus during the spring of 2004 ... During the spring of 2005, was tabbed the defense's "Most Improved Athlete" by the coaching staff at the conclusion of spring drills.

2006 (Sr.): Played in eight games, making six starts along the defensive front ... Finished with 20 total tackles including 11 solo stops, seven for losses and one sack ... His career-best seven TFL's a year ago ranked tied for second on the team despite missing three games ... Posted three, four-tackle games (Elon, Citadel, Wofford) ... Suffered a knee strain and bone bruise in the first half of the Eastern Kentucky game, forcing him to miss back-to-back games against Furman and Georgia Southern ... Returned at Elon and had four tackles, including half a sack which marked his first sack since the first play of his collegiate career in 2004 ... Was named co-Defensive MVP for the Wofford game after tallying four tackles, including two TFLs ... Suffered a separate knee injury in practice prior to the Appalachian State game forcing him to miss the final two games of the season.

2005 (Jr.): Battled injuries, playing in just six games with a starting assignment at Georgia Southern ... Was only credited with five stops on the season, including a tackle for loss at Cincinnati ... Added two tackles each versus The Citadel and Georgia Southern.

2004 (So.): Played in all 11 games ... Finished the season with seven tackles ... Three of the stops went for losses, including a sack ... Best game came in his collegiate debut versus West Virginia State, getting three tackles, including two for losses with a sack ... Also tallied a TFL at Alabama.

2003 (Fr.): Attended Western but did not participate in football team activities.
