Track: Indoor: 2007: Finished 5th in the 800m with a time of 1:57.86 at the Clemson Invitational.... took 2nd in the mile at the JRF Multi-Event Challenge with a time of 4:22.75 and ran a PR and finished 9th in the 800m with a time of 1:56.05.
Outdoor: 2007: A member of the 1st place 4x800 team at the Duke Invitational... distance medley relay team that placed 13th at the Penn Relays.
Cross Country: 2007: Placed 34th in Wake Forest Relays.
2006: Redshirted the season.
Background: Earned nine varsity letters in cross country and track at Mountain Brook High School... coached by Greg Echols... a four-time Nike Indoor All-American... state champion in the indoor 1,600... anchored the national champion 4x800 relay team... helped lead team to state cross country title in 2003 and indoor track crowns in 2005 and 2006... chose Wake Forest over offers from Clemson, Davidson and others... considering a major in either physics or English... born Sept. 10, 1987 in Birmingham, Ala. ... son of Kim and Bob Lepley.
