ORLANDO, Fla. - The Atlantic Coast Conference released the men's tennis flight champions on Thursday and two Demon Deacons were among the names listed. Wake Forest men's tennis player Justin Kaufmann was selected an ACC Singles Flight Champion and Mike Murray was a runner-up. Kaufmann is the seventh Demon Deacons to be selected an ACC Singles Flight Champions in the program's history and the first since Christian Dallwitz and Marco Lucioni earned Singles Flight Championships in 1986.

A junior from Mission Hills, KS, Kaufmann put together a 6-2 singles record in conference play this season and a 5-2 mark in the number six position, earning him a ACC Number Six Singles Flight Championship. Kaufmann has 20-14 overall record in singles play this season.

Murray, a sophomore from St. Petersburg, FL, put together a 5-3 singles record in conference play this season and a 4-2 mark in the number two position, earning him a ACC Number Two Singles Flight Runner-up Champion. Murray has a 18-20 overall record in singles play this season

Wake Forest, ranked 46th in the nation and seeded fourth in the conference tournament, will play Florida State, ranked 62nd in the nation and seeded fifth, Friday, April 20 in the ACC Championship Quarterfinals at 9:00 a.m.
