Completed a successful rookie season with a 24-12 mark in singles ...notched a 5-7 mark at the no.3 singles spot and a perfect 4-0 at the no.4 position...reached the round of 16 at the ITA Mideast Regionals by defeating ACC opponents from Clemson and UNC in straight sets...notched a 4-7 ACC record with wins over BC, Maryland, Virginia Tech, and NC State...went 24-15 in doubles...took 3 out of 4 doubles matches at the Cincinnati Collegiate Classic in late September with teammate Mariusz Adamski...reached the A-1 semifinals in the USC Invitational with Adamski...advanced to the semifinal round of the ITA Mideast Regionals with Adamski, but was defeated by the no. 46 ranked doubles pair of Joey Atas and Jonathan Stokke on October 23, 8-3...

A highly-ranked prep player... a left-hander... took fourth place in the National Open Indoor Championships in December 2005 in Flushing, N.Y.... ranked third nationally in the USTA in the B16 division in 2004... ranked as the top player for the last two years in the Eastern Region... the 2004 singles champion at the USTA National Open in Allenwood, N.J.... finished third at the National Clay Court Championships in Rockville, Md., in 2003, and was a quarterfinalist at the National Hard Court Championships in Kalamazoo, Mich... owns five singles Eastern Region Tournament titles... while playing for the Jayhawks of Jericho High School in New York, he was the 2004 New York State Singles Champion, 2004 Nassau County Singles Champion, 2003 New York State Doubles Champion and the 2002 Nassau County Doubles Champion.
