Five Deacons Chosen To All-ACC Men's Soccer Teams

Wake senior defender Chad Evans receives first-team honors.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. -- Five members of the Wake Forest men's soccer team were named to the 1999 All-ACC teams.

Senior defender Chad Evans was named to the conference's first team. Evans has started 16 games for the Deacons as a senior and has scored 10 points from his defensive position.

On the second team were goalkeeper Sean Conner, defender David Kawesi-Mukooza, midfielder Jamal Seale and forward Ben Stafford.

The Deacons will face the North Carolina State Wolfpack on Thursday at 8 p.m. in the first round of the ACC Tournament at Spry Stadium.
