Barbee leads Deacons with two goals.

WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest men's soccer team opened the
1999 season with a 6-1 win over the Coastal Carolina Chanticleers at the W.
Dennie Spry Soccer Stadium Wednesday night.
Jaron Barbee came off the bench to lead the Deacons with two goals.
Ben Stafford, Viktor Litovka, Chris Lonteen and Adam Hakes added one goal
apiece for the Deacons.
Mario Benjamin scored the only goal for the Chanticleers. Wake
Forest Goalkeeper Sean Conner played the full 90 minutes giving up just one
goal.
The Deacons return to action on September 5 when they travel to
Charleston, S.C. to take on the College of Charleston. Gametime is set for
7 p.m.
