Signed a free agent contract with the Washington Redskins.
2004
Started ten games at defensive tackle... had 22 tackles with 17 solo stops... recorded 5.5 tackles for loss... had sacks against Miami and NC State... batted down four passes... blocked a field goal attempt at East Carolina.
2003
Started all 12 games... totaled 33 tackles and was the team leader in tackles-for-loss with 11 (-36 yards)... also had two interceptions, two sacks, six pass break-ups and fumble recovery and a blocked kick... picked off both of the ACC's 2003 preseason Heisman candidates -- NC State's Philip Rivers and Virginia's Matt Schaub... became the first Wake Forest defensive lineman since 1988 to record an interception... recorded four tackles, including two for loss (-11 yards), at Boston College... recorded his first career interception after batting a Philip Rivers' pass against NC State... also recorded four tackles on the day, including two tackles for loss (-14 yards) and a sack on Rivers... recorded three tackles on the day, including two tackles for loss (-1 yards) versus Purdue... blocked a kick and had four solo tackles against East Carolina... had an interception and a 36-yard return to go along with two PBU and a solo tackle at Virginia... recorded a career-high five tackles, three solo, against Georgia Tech... also had a sack against the Yellow Jackets... assisted on two tackles at Duke... assisted on a TFL and had a PBU at Florida State... recorded one TFL, a PBU and recovered a fumble against Clemson in addition to two tackles... had a PBU, TFL and four total tackles at North Carolina... had three tackles and a PBU against Connecticut... started but did not record any stats versus Maryland.

Saw action in just seven games while battling a knee injury midway through the year... totaled five tackles on the season... had two stops at Northern Illinois... recorded two assisted tackles versus ECU... collected one solo stop at NC State.

Saw action in 10 games... played on special teams and as a reserve defensive lineman... recorded one tackle, a TFL (-1 yard) at Florida State... also tallied four quarterback hurries.
