Wow, that's the NCAA tournament for you. You can't take anything for granted...

Today began with breakfast at 9. We then left for a 30 minute shootaround at Cleveland State's arena. Coach usually keeps game day shootarounds light so we'll be fresh to play later in the day.

Our bus dropped the team off at the hotel at 11 and we were given some free time before a short film session at 2:45. We enjoyed our pregame meal at 3.

Most of the guys watched the other tournament games until the team bus left for the game. We saw Wisconsin-Milwaukee upset Alabama in the same building we were going to play in later.

Tonight's game brought back memories of our two previous first round games. Both East Tennessee State and Virginia Commonwealth came out like Chattanooga did today. The Mocs played hard and played well defensively. I'm proud of how our guys stepped up and played with more confidence in the second half.

I just finished watching West Virginia knock off Creighton in the game following ours. We will prepare for the Mountaineers tomorrow in practice.
