WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. - The Wake Forest baseball game against East Carolina, originially scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, has been rescheduled for Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 due to forecasted temperatures in the 30's on Tuesday. The weather is expected to improve for Wednesday with temperatures in the mid-to-upper 40's.

Both teams will throw their ace pitchers on Wednesday as first team All-ACC pitcher Scott Siemon (1-0, 5.84 ERA) goes against left-hander Foye Minton (4-0, 3.12 ERA) for the 17th-ranked Pirates.

The Demon Deacons are off to a 10-2 start with a perfect 8-0 mark at home. Wake Forest begins the ACC slate on Friday at home against Duke at 3:00 p.m.
