Staten Island, NY - The MAAC announced their weekly water polo awards earlier today and for the second straight week a Wagner College Seahawk was recognized. Sophomore Billy Hoelck (San Diego, CA/U. of San Diego HS) made it back-to-back offensive player of the week awards following her performance in the second half of the Green & White's west coast swing.

Hoelck continued her offensive assault as Wagner's California trip came to an end. Hoelck scored a combined 13 goals in four games against Cal Baptist, Cal State San Bernardino, Cal State Northridge and Cal Lutheran. For the week she averaged 2.8 goals per game, leading the Seahawks to a 3-2 record. She also added three assists. She leads the Seahawks in scoring averaging just under 2.5 goals per contest.

Wagner is next in action this Saturday and Sunday at Indiana University where they will engage in games of water polo with Michigan, Carthage, and Indiana.
