Stats

Staten Island, NY - Senior Courtney Crase (Saratoga, CA/Saratoga) got her Senior Day celebration started with a bang, racking up a season high six goals en route to Wagner's 16-8 win over the St. Francis (NY) Terriers. The game also saw junior goalie Katie Hauck (Pottsville, PA/Pottsville) get her first field time of the season and she responded with a goal. With the win Wagner moves to 22-12 overall and 7-0 in conference play.

The Green & White began things with a 5-0 outburst in the first period and led after two quarters 8-2. The Terriers attempted a rally in the third but Wagner posted six goals to snuff out that idea. The Seahawks then added two more goals in the fourth to pick up the eight-goal victory.

Outside of Crase other offensive contributors for Wagner included sophomore Billy Hoelck (San Diego, CA/U. of San Diego HS) who tallied three goals to go along with two drawn ejections. Junior Stacey Travous (New Ulm, MN/Cumberland Valley) had a nice game in her own right scoring twice, dishing out four assists, and acquiring by force three steals. Rounding out the scoring for Wagner was freshman Alexandra Tomlinson (Telford, PA/Souderton) who found the back of the net twice as well as Nicole Maichrowicz (Temple City, CA/Temple City) and Amber McMichael (Shillington, PA/Governor Mifflin) who logged a goal apiece.

Hauck played the majority of the game in goal turning away seven Terrier shots while freshman Jennifer Anderson (Whittier, CA/La Serna) finished up the contest denying five shots.
