Dec. 2, 2006 West Lafayette, IN -- Wagner College junior swimmer Jess Radka (Reading, PA/Holy Name) completed her competition in the US Open Championships hosted by Purdue University earlier today taking part in the prelims of the 200 meter butterfly. Radka racked up a time of 2:32.52 which was good for 77th place overall. Radka qualified for the event with a time 2:03.35 in the 200 yard butterfly. The Seahawk swim team will be back in action later this month when they duel with Columbia in New York City on December 9. |
