Miller, one of the finest Seahawk pitchers to ever toe the rubber on Grymes Hill, makes the transition from player to coach after a 2007 senior season where she helped lead Wagner to the Northeast Conference Championship Game. She capped her brilliant career by being named Second Team All-Northeast conference after garnering First Team honors her previous three seasons.

A prolific name in the Wagner softball record book, Miller owns career records for wins (60), appearances (124), innings pitched (671.2), and shutouts (18). She also holds single-season records for wins (19), shutouts (8), and saves (3).

"We're obviously very happy to have Morgan on our staff," said Head Coach Glen Payne. "She really epitomizes what we're all about as a program because she brings about such a strong work ethic and she'll be instrumental in instructing and developing our pitching staff. It's just great to have one of our own back now coaching."

Aside from her coaching duties, Miller will be pursuing her MBA at Wagner.
