Staten Island, NY - The Wagner College women's golf team finished 16th out of 17 teams at the Princeton Invitational this past weekend. The match was played at the par 72, 6085 yard Springdale Golf Course.

The Seahawks shot a 376-360 for a total of 736 on the weekend. Senior Caitlin Miller (Sutter Creek, CA / Amador) was the top finisher for Wagner placing 67th with a total of 176 (89-87). Rounding out the Seahawks' scoring was sophomore Emily Noelker (Southbury, CT / Pomperaug) with 177 (91-86), senior Alysse Sweeney (Wayne, NJ / Wayne Hills) with 179 (91-88), and freshman Jessica Nees (Red Lodge, MT / Keystone National) with 207 (105-102).

Princeton was the overall winner with a total of 605. Princeton's Junior Sharla Cloutier was the first place finisher with a total of 145 (76-69).

The Seahawks' next match is October 9, at the Lehigh Don Mershon Invitational.
