Kutztown, PA - The Wagner College women's finished in 4th place out of 6 schools that competed in the annual Golden Bear Invitational at the Berkleigh Country Club.

The tournament was originally slated to be a two-day, 36 hole event but the last round of play on Saturday was cancelled due to inclement weather.

Pacing the Seahawks in the tournament was senior veteran Caitlin Miller (Sutter Creek, CA/Amador) who shot an 87 which put her in an impressive tie for third place individually overall.

Alysse Sweeney (Wayne, NJ/Wayne Hills) was not far behind her senior counterpart, shooting an 88 and placing herself in a knot for fifth overall.

Sophomore Emily Noelker (Southbury, CT/Pomperaug) shot a 91, junior Kathleen Norton (Boston, MA/Boston Latin) fired off a 100, and freshman Jessica Nees (Red Lodge, MT/Keystone National) finished up with a 103.

The Seahawks now look forward to the Northeast Conference Tournament, which is being held in sunny Orlando, Florida this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (April 28-30).
