Christine Catalanotto enters her second season as the graduate assistant after wrapping up a successful collegiate career at Rider University. She was a two-year starter for the Broncs at the point guard position. As a senior, she led the team in assists (3.3 pg) and averaged 6.2 ppg and 3.7 rpg. Prior to Rider she played at UMBC and was a vital member of the 2002-03 squad that advanced to the NEC title game.

She was also extremely talented in the classroom graduating Magna Cum Laude with a degree in psychology from Rider and was named to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) All Academic team as a junior in 2004-05. A native of Flushing, NY, she played her prep basketball at New York City powerhouse Christ the King under legendary coach Bob Mackey and helped the Royals to a pair of city championships while earning Second Team All-City honors as a senior.

The daughter of Nancy and Tom Catalanotto and has two brothers Tommy (22) and Billy (21). She is currently pursuing her master's degree in business administration with a concentration in management.
