State College, PA - The Wagner College wrestling team competed at the 2007 Nittany Lion Open yesterday. Below are the results from the tournament which was a non-team scoring event.

The Seahawks were lead by junior 157-pounder Sean Quinn (Beach Haven, NJ/Southern Regional) and freshman 184-pounder Ed Broderick (Manahawkin, NJ/Southern Regional) who both recorded four and three wins respectively in the highly-competitive two-match elimination tournament.

Senior 149-pounder Patrick Larkin (Danbury, CT/Danbury) gained a victory on the day then lost to eventual champion Desmond Green from the University of Buffalo in a 13-6 decision.

The Seahawks now look forward to December 28 when they travel to Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania where they'll compete at the Wilkes Open.
