East Stroudsburg, PA - The Wagner College wrestling team competed at the East Stroudsburg Open this past Saturday. Below are the results from the event which does not record team scores.

More than 500 wrestlers competed in one of the oldest Division I wrestling tournaments in the country.

The top four-place winners were determined at each weight class, while the rest of the consolations were cut off due to the number of wrestlers in the field.

Two Seahawk freshman this year - Nick Boghos (Wakefield, MA/Belmont Hill) and Larry Peotter (New Providence, NJ/New Providence) got their first victories of their careers, also.

The Seahawks now look forward to December 2 when they travel to "Happy Valley" to compete at the Penn State Open.
