A New Jersey native, played his high school lacrosse at Cranford High School under head coach Albert Renoso...Played on the inaugural lacrosse team at the high school as a junior and then the following year as a senior...Went 15-3 his senior season...Was "Player Of The Week" for the Newark-Star Ledger...First Team All-Conference member...First Team All-County member...First Team All-State...Player of the Year for the "C" Division...Won the Brave Heart Award...Also was a member of the wrestling team at Cranford...Son of Angelo and Lynn Ridente, has a sister Jean Marie...Plans to study finance at Wagner
