Orlando, FL - Wagner junior Chris DeCarlo (Manchester, CT / Manchester) fired an opening round 76 to place himself in a three way tie for sxith place after the first day of the Northeast Conference Golf Canmpionships at Disney's Palm Golf Course. The Seahawks stand in ninth place overall combining for a 328 as a team. DeCarlo carded a 36 on the front nine, for the second lowest score at the turn, before a back nine 40. Steve Foisy of St. Francis (PA) shot an even par 72 and is the club house leader. Freshman Christopher Fourman (Greenville, OH / Greenville) was next for the Seahawks with an opening round 81 (42-39). The final round will finish up tomorrow with tee times starting at 7:20 am. |
