One of the top players in the conference and a nightly double-double threat, Vinson will look to be the cornerstone of the team and a welcome sight for Seahawk fans following a one-year absence.

2005-06 (Junior): Second-Team All-NEC selection...Started in all 27 games... Ranked second in the NEC in rebounds per game (9.6), fourth in blocked shots (34), sixth in points per game (15.2) and placed eighth in field goal percentage (53%)... Grabbed nine or more rebounds 17 times while pulling down a career high 16 against Robert Morris (1/21)... Posted his second career double-double against American (11/22) on his way to a total of 13 for the season... Just missed three other double-doubles by one rebound... Blocked at least 1 shot in 18 of 27 games played... Posted double figures in 10 straight games while accomplishing this feat in 23 games total... Scored 19 points and dished a key assist to Matt Vitale to tie the game at 45 against Quinnipiac (2/18) as the Seahawks would eventually surge ahead for the win... Set a career high with 23 points in 75-69 win against Robert Morris (1/21) while matching that mark once more in a 72-87 loss to Fairleigh Dickinson (2/04)... Scored 22 points and pulled down 13 rebounds in the Seahawk's final game of the season at Mount St. Mary's (2/27).

2004-05 (Sophomore): Started in 21 of 30 games including 15 of the last 17... Led the NEC in total offensive rebounds (98) and placed third in total blocks (34)... Ranked 6th in the NEC with 6.4 rpg ... Pulled in five or more rebounds 21 times... Led the Seahawks in field goal percentage (51.5)... Averaged 8.5 points and 7.5 rebounds in the last 13 games where WC posted an 11-2 record... Had posted double figures in three straight games for the first time in his career (Brown-12, LIU-10, FDU-12)... Set a new career-high with 5 blocks in 33 minutes at Drake (12/23)... Pulled down his first 10 rebound effort at Sacred Heart (1/29)... Just missed a double-double with 10-points and nine rebounds with four FTs in win over Quinnipiac (1/31)... Scored 9 points and grabbed 11 rebounds vs CCSU (2/7)... Had 13 points and pulled down eight rebounds in the win at The Mount (2/10)... Hit one of two free throws with 2.9 seconds left to give Wagner a 62-61 lead and eventual win at SFNY (2/12)... Recorded his first career double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds and set new career highs with 37 minutes and 12 rebounds in the season-finale win at FDU (2/28)... Had 12 points, including two straight FTs in the final 21 seconds at #3 Robert Morris in the NEC Quarterfinals... Had eight points and four rebounds and played fantastic defense on the NEC's Player of the Year Blake Hamilton in the win at #1 Monmouth (3/6)... Saved his best for last with a career high 14 points on 7-11 shooting in the NEC Championship game at #2 FDU.

2003-04 (Freshman): Played in 29 games, starting twice... Averaged 2.6 points and 2.9 rebounds... Made 43% of his field goal attempts... Averaged five points and six rebounds in his two starts... Posted a career-high nine points in a win vs LIU... Had a career-high eight rebounds in 19 minutes vs. Georgetown (KY)... Set a then career-best with eight points vs. Albany... Set a new career-high with 11 rebounds vs FDU and matched a career- high with 8 points.

Prior to Wagner/Personal: Played for Paul Rodio at St. Augustine Prep in Richland, NJ... Made a huge impact in helping the team to the Cape Atlantic League Championship Game and a 28-2 record during his senior season... Named All Cape Atlantic League and All Area South Jersey... Totaled 1,100 career points... Averaged 12 points per game as a senior... Was named All CAL and All Area South Jersey for the Hermits' baseball team and was a three-year player as a first baseman... Ambidextrous (does most things right-handed, shoots a basketball left-handed)... Son of Clara Vinson and Dad Jeff Martin who played football at the University of Nebraska for two seasons... Has one sister, Sherrell.
