Had a superb first year seeing time as a starting pitcher and in the field ... Went 5-3 with 27 strikeouts, one save and a 3.00 ERA over 54.0 innings ... Started his collegiate career with 10.2 innings of scoreless-ball ... Finished the season strong too, striking out eight while allowing just one earned run over his final 10.0 innings ... Was named Akadema NEC Pitcher of the Week after going 1-0 with five strikeouts against just two walks while yielding two runs over 11.0 innings for the week ending March 23 ... Claimed a 5-2 win over Winthrop (3/22), striking out three while not walking a batter over 8.0 innings ... Began the week with 3.0 innings of relief at UCF (3/17), scattering just one unearned run while fanning two ...
