2007 (Junior): An integral part of the Seahawks arsenal...ran a season best 28:21 (8K) at the Albany Invitational...part of the five man team that competed at the Northeast Regional Championships, running 34:38.40 for the 10K course...one of two male Seahawks to compete at the IC4A/ECAC Championships, finishing the course in 28:34 for his second best 8K time of the season. 2006 (Sophomore): Only Wagner runner to compete in all eight races on the season...Posted the top Wagner time at the ECAC/IC4A Championships...Took 36th place at NEC Championships 2005 (Freshman): Took part in every race the Green & White competed in...Had the second best Seahawk time at the NCAA Northeast Regionals tallying a mark of 34:40.4 Prior to Wagner/Personal: Competed in track and field and cross country at William Henry Harrison High School under coach Jon Motsinger...Named team MVP, Most Improved, Outstanding Freshman, Outstanding Distance Runner, and was named 1st team All-League...Majoring in International Affairs and French.
