Indoor: The second best Seahawk performance in the 1 mile run with a 4:31.94 run at the METS Championships (2/1)...recorded a season low 9:16.80 in the 3000m run at the John Covert Class (1/26) ...named to the 2007-2008 NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll

Outdoor: Brought home the third best Seahawk performance in the 1500m run at UVA, clocking in at 4:11.42 (4/12)...recorded a season best 9:16.6 in the 3000m at the Wagner Quad Meet (4/9)...ran a season low 16:06.71 in the 5000m run at the Penn Invitational (4/5).

Ran for Miller Place High School...was All-County Cross Country and All-County Academic in his senior campaign with the Panthers...has three siblings, Derek, Matthew, and Crystal...brother Derek also runs for the Seahawks
