Indoor: Recorded a 4:32.72 performance in the 1 mile run at the John Covert Classic (1/26)...was the second best Seahawk performer in the 3000m and 5000m clocking in at 9:02.56 and 16:26.9 respectively.

Outdoor: Ran a Seahawk best 15:58.42 in the 5000m run at the NEC Championships (5/3)...clocked in the second best 1500m run on the team with a 4:07.27 performance at the Penn Invitational (4/5)...ran a season best 2:03.02 in the 800m run at the Wagner Quad Meet (4/9).

Ran for Miller Place High School...received All-State, All-County, and All Division Cross Country during his senior year with the Panthers...also competed in indoor and outdoor track in high school...has three siblings, Thomas, Matthew, and Crystal...brother Thomas also runs for the Seahwaks.
