2007-2008

Indoor: Ran a season best 16:26.2 in the 5000m run at the Fordham Invitational with a time of 16:26.2 (12/7)...recorded a season best in the 3000m at the John Covert Classic in 9:40.27 (1/26)....named to the 2007-2008 NEC Academic Honor Roll

Outdoor: Enjoyed a stellar season in the distance events...ran a season best 34:04.57 in the 10,000m run at the NEC Championships, good for eighth place at the meet...topped out at 16:11.03 in the 5000m run at the Penn Invitational (4/5)...had a season low 9:21.1 in the 3000m run at the Wagner Quad Meet (4/9)...clocked in at 4:27.07 in the 1500m run at the VCU Invitational (3/15).

2005-2006

Landed in 13th place in the 3000 meters at the Bucknell Heptagonal (1/21)...Seventh place finish in the 3000 meters at the Wagner Quad (4/11)

Before Wagner: Competed in track and field and cross country at William Henry Harrison High School under coach Jon Motsinger...Named team MVP, Most Improved, Outstanding Freshman, Outstanding Distance Runner, and was named 1st team All-League...Majoring in International Affairs and French.
