Outdoor: One of the top Wagner distance runners...set a program record in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 9:37.13 (4/05)...ranked first on the Seahawks in the 3000m run with an 8:57.4 performance at the Wagner Quad Meet (4/9)...topped all Seahawk performances in the 1500m run with a time of 4:01.87 at UVA (4/12)...was the second best finisher for the Green & White in the 800m run with a time of 1:58.35 (3/15).

Indoor: The top Wagner performer in the 1 mile run with a time of 4:23.59 at the NEC Championships (2/10)...recorded the Seahawks second best time in the 800m run with a 1:59.77 performance (2/10)...ran his way to the third best time on the team in the 3000m run, clocking in at 9:09.3 (12/7)...named to the 2007-2008 NEC Winter Academic Honor Roll

Before Wagner/Personal:

Competed in track and cross country at Longwood High School under coaches Jerry Curley and Joe Reily...Was named cross country team MVP and was tabbed all-county, all-league, and all-division in track...Part of three time Suffolk county spring track champions...Participated in the Empire State Games in 2005 and 2006...Also played basketball at Longwood where he was named all-league and was a member of a league championship team...Won the highly coveted "Bulldog" award along with the often sought after Mark Leath award...Multiple family members compete in cross country and track and field...Megan O'Shea (URI), Bridget O'Shea (Hofstra), Erin Dolan (SMU), and Katie Dolan (Hartford)...Majoring in business he is son to Joe and Ann Johnston
