Indoor: Recorded a season best 2:01.95 in the 800m run at the METS Championships (2/1)...ran a season best 4:44.5 in the 1 mile run at the Fordham Invitational (12/7).

Outdoor: Third best Seahawk finisher in the 800m run with a time of 2:02.40 at Coastal Carolina (3/22)...ran a season best 55.08 in the 400m at the Wagner Invitational (3/26)...recorded a season low time of 4:22.44 in the 1500m run at the METS Championships (4/19).

Was part of the League Champions in 2004, 2006 and 2007 at West Islip High School...earned All-League and All Division honors during senior year...was captain of the Cross Country team in 2007
