Orem, UT- The Utah Valley State soccer team continues its home stand this week with home games against Big Sky Conference foes Eastern Washington (2-6-1) and Idaho State (3-6). The Wolverines host Eastern Washington on Thursday at 4 p.m. and Idaho State on Saturday at 1 p.m.

This is the second meeting between the Wolverines and Eastern Washington. The two teams tied 2-2 in 2003. Idaho State currently holds a 2-0-1 mark in its series with the Wolverines. Last year ISU beat UV 2-0 in Pocatello.

The Wolverines enter this week with a 4-5-1 record after beating Centenary 3-0 and losing to UTEP 2-0.

Utah Valley is led by Rebecca Petersen's three goals and two assists and Chelsea Stone's three goals and one assist.

Eastern Washington picked up a big win last week when it knocked off then No. 21 ranked Long Beach State 2-1. It was the first win for the program over a ranked team.

Since starting the season 3-2, Idaho State has since lost four straight games. The Bengals have eight players on the roster from Utah, two of which are from Utah County. Jana Davis prepped at Provo High School and Natalie Graham player her high school ball at Mountain View.
