Wolverines' Class Best in United Soccer Conference
Aug. 17, 2007 OREM, Utah - Utah Valley's group of incoming recruits was tabbed as the best in the United Soccer Conference by Soccer Buzz Magazine. Soccer Buzz, considered a top collegiate soccer magazine publication, rated the top recruiting classes in the nation, by region and by conference. After the Wolverines, NJIT and Longwood round out the top-three programs with Howard, South Carolina State and Delaware State not reporting. UV's team will have a new look this season as the Wolverines welcome 12 newcomers. Among those in the recruiting class, there are 10 true freshmen, many of which will have an opportunity to start or play significantly. Utah Valley also welcomes two transfers and two players returning after redshirting to round out its newcomers this season.
