Utah Valley golf will host a fundraising golf tournament
  
 
Golf Team to Hold First Tournament Fundraiser

A four-man scramble to take place Aug. 15 at Sleepy Ridge Golf Course.

OREM, Utah - The Utah Valley Golf team announced that it will host its first annual UVU Golf Program Fundraiser Tournament at Sleepy Ridge Golf Course on Aug. 15.

The tournament will be a four-man scramble format with an 8 a.m. shotgun. Participating golfers would begin registration at 7:15 a.m. prior to the start of the tournament. A lunch and prize ceremony will follow the tournament at 1 p.m.

Prices for the scramble are $125 per person ($500 per team). Hole sponsorships are available for $1,000 per hole. The hole sponsorships include entry for a four-man team.

All proceeds from the tournament will go to the Utah Valley golf team. Interested golfers can reserve their spots by contacting head men's coach and director of golf Clark Rustand at 801-836-1839 or via email at rustancl@uvsc.edu.
