Wolverines Drop Duel to Idaho State in Season Finale

BLACKFOOT, Idaho - Utah Valley women's golf wrapped up the 2006-07 season on Sunday, falling in a duel against Idaho State at Blackfoot Golf Course in Blackfoot, Idaho. The Bengals shot 321 as a team while the Wolverines combined to score 343 as UV wrapped up just its second season of women's golf. Ashley Baldwin shot an 82 to lead the Wolverines, which was the 4th best score of the day. Echo Thatcher and Shari Johnson both shot an 86 while Kasey Larson shot an 89 and Sarah Coop at 98 for UV. Idaho State's Brittan Austin shot a 78 to and finished first overall. |
