Fourth Wrestler Signs With UV
Aug. 17, 2007 OREM, Utah - Head wrestling coach Greg Williams announced that Flint Ray has signed a National Letter of Intent to wrestle at Utah Valley beginning this year. "Flint is a great addition to our program," Williams said. "Not only does he bring in great athleticism and talent, he also brings a strong work ethic and leadership skills that will be instrumental in helping our program move forward quickly." Ray wrestled at Roy High School in Roy, Utah, where he was a two-time State Champion. He also wrestled for Williams' Elite Wrestling before wrestling one season at Boise State. After Wrestling a year for the Broncos, Ray served an LDS church mission to Brazil. Ray becomes the fourth wrestler to sign with the Wolverines during the off-season. |
