Utah Valley finished in 18th place.

San Luis Obispo, CA- The Utah Valley State golf team struggled in the final day of the Cuesta Title/Cal Poly Intercollegiate Invitational. As a team the Wolverines shot a 308 in all three rounds and finished in 18th place.

Andrew Smith, who was the top Wolverine golfer in the tournament, finished tied for 23rd. He shot a 73 in the third round.

Nic van Vuuren was the second best Utah Valley golfer in the tournament, finishing tied for 55th. He shot a 71, 82 and 76.

The Wolverines are back in action on April 9 when they compete at Wyoming Cowboy Classic.
