Smith Shoots Top Score for Utah Valley Through First Two Rounds

ARROYO GRANDE, California - Utah Valley posted identical scores of 308 in the first two rounds of the Mustang Intercollegiate at Cypress Ridge Golf Course, hosted by Cal Poly. Andrew Smith had the best score for the Wolverines and is tied for 43rd with a score of +7. Overall, UV is in last place out of 18 teams, five shots behind UC Riverside. Cal Poly shot a total score of 575 total to take a nine-stroke lead over Loyola Marymount. T 46 Dustin Robinson (+8, t-46th), Nic van Vuuren (+9, t-53rd), Adam Tayler (+17, t-85th) and Jordan Rogers (+23, 95th) round out the Utah Valley golfer's scores. The final round is set for Friday at 7:30 a.m. |
