JUNIOR ~ (2007): Named the Perry Homes Utah Valley Scholar Athlete of the Month for the second consecutive September ... participated in all six events for the Wolverines ... finished second among UV runners in five of the events ... recorded the best time among all UV runners at the Montana State Bobcat Invitational ... finished third overall at the Southern Utah Color Country Classic with a time of 16:16.60 in the 2.7 mile race ... finished second overall at the Independent Championships with a time of 21:58.53 ... played an instrumental part in leading the Wolverine women to the Independent Championships ... helped lead the UV women to a second place finish at Utah State and an 11th-place finish (out of 26 teams) at the prestigious Roy Griak Classic, finishing ahdead of schools such as Kansas and Indiana.

SOPHOMORE ~ (2006): Named the September Scholar Athlete of the Month ... earned Independent All-Academic honors ... had four top 10 finishes ... finished first at the Utah Valley Twilight Meet by running a 23:37.90 in the 3.7 mile race ...finished third at the SUU Color Country meet with a time of 17:35.28 in the 2.75 mile race ... ran a 23:13 at the 3.7 mile Roy Griak Invitational ... ran a 19:10.90, good for a 10th place finish at the BYU Autumn Classic ... finished second at the ISU Invite.

FRESHMAN ~ (2005): Finished 13th at the SUU Color Country Meet by running a 17:45 ... was the top Wolverine runner to cross the finish line at the BYU Autumn Classic ... ran a 23:50 at the Roy Griak Invite ... recorded a time of 18:27.77 at the Independent Championships ... ran a 19:45.40 at the Bobcat Invite.

Before Utah Valley ...
Prepped at Snow Canyon High School ... finished second at Region 9 in cross country meet in 2004 ... also lettered in basketball, volleyball andtrack ... won the state championship in track in 2005 ... holds the state record in the 1600 medley relay ... was first in region in the 800 and third at state inevent ... in the 1600m finished first at region and third in state .... was firstin region and second in state in teh 4 x 400 relay.
