Ogden, Utah - Kari Snow-Tupou highlighted a strong finish to the regular season as Utah Valley track wrapped up its outdoor season at the Weber State Campus Stores Twilight Meet.

Tupou registered a second-place finish in the women's 100 meter dash with a time of 12.23. She finished just .19 seconds behind the first place runner. Tupou also had a strong showing in the women's 100 meter hurdles posting a time of 14.48.

Ashley Timo took second in the women's long jump with a team meet best leap 18-07.00.

On the men's side, Zach Cook posted a top-five finish in the 400 meter hurdles, running a 54.98 while Gavin Shaw took second in the hammer throw. Shaw's best throw was a hurl of 193-06.

The Wolverines have the week off before returning to the track next weekend when they head to the Independent National Championships in Davis, Calif. May 12-13.
