The UTEP football team will report to campus on Wednesday, Aug. 3, with fall drills scheduled to begin on Thursday, Aug. 4.

The Miners will practice on Thursday at 10 a.m. and Friday at 9 a.m. in El Paso before departing for Socorro, N.M. for nine days of workouts at New Mexico Tech. The first day in full pads will be Monday, Aug. 8. The Socorro practice schedule is as follows:

All practices are open to the public.

UTEP Head Coach Mike Price, wide receiver Jayson Boyd and linebacker Thomas Howard will attend Conference USA Media Day on Tuesday (Aug. 2) in Memphis. CSTV will have live coverage of the event on Tuesday from 9-11:30 a.m. MST, as well as on the CSTV (www.cstv.com) and Conference USA (www.ConferenceUSA.com) websites.

The preseason Conference USA coaches’ poll will be released on Monday.
