MAJERUS SAYS: "Doleac has to have the eye of the tiger. He is too passive. He has to be the most important rebounding presence on the floor. Until he dominates both boards he'll never be the player he is capable of becoming. There is no question as to how bright and talented he is. He needs to take control of the paint by virtue of a rebounding presence."
