Aggie Women's Tennis Drops First Round Match of the WAC Championships to Nevada, 4-0

BOISE, Idaho - Utah State women's tennis fell, 4-0, Thursday as they took on Nevada in the first round of the Western Athletic Conference Championships in Boise, Idaho at the Appleton Tennis Center.

"We weren't as solid on the key points as Nevada, but we played well," USU head coach Christian Wright said.

The Aggies fell short of capturing the doubles point and in singles action USU lost three matches. Nevada, ranked No. 61 in the nation, was the first team to reach four points, ending the match.

USU closes out the season with a record of 9-10.
